Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Agency Development Manager to join our team at a well-known established Insurance company. As an Agency Development Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling life insurance policies to customers, as well as developing and managing a team of agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell life insurance policies to prospective customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term retention and referrals.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure performance goals are met.
  • Conduct regular meetings with agents to review performance, set goals, and provide feedback.
  • Work in the field to meet with customers and agents, assess their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and goals set by the company.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling life insurance products, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certifications in insurance or related fields.
  • Experience in recruiting and managing a sales team.
  • Knowledge of local insurance regulations and practices.
