Key Responsibilities: 
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. 
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. 
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. 
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services. 
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, addressing any concerns or objections to successfully close sales deals. 
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system, providing regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasting. 
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify potential opportunities for growth. 

Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 
Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. 
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and team members. 
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. 
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem solving. 
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools preferred. 
Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours to accommodate client needs and time zone differences.
