Currently
we hiring for a talented Business Development Executive (BDE), this a key role
within a company responsible for driving growth and expansion through various
strategies and initiatives. The primary goal of a BDE is to identify and
develop new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships
with clients, and drive revenue growth.
Key
responsibilities and activities typically associated with a BDE:
1.
Market Research and Analysis:
· Conducting
market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in
the industry.
· Analyzing
market data to develop insights and strategies for business growth.
2. Client Relationship Management:
·Building
and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
·Understanding
client needs and requirements and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
3. Lead Prospecting:
·Identifying
potential clients and partners through various channels, such as networking,
cold calling and referrals.
·Generating
leads and qualifying them based on the company’s target criteria.
4. Negotiation and Deal Closure:
·Negotiating
terms and conditions of contracts, agreements or partnerships with clients.
·Ensuring
successful deal closures while aligning with company oals and objectives.
5. Collaboration and Teamwork:
·Collaborating
with various departments within the organization to ensure a coordinated
approach in achieving business objectives.
·Working
closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to align
strategies and initiatives.
6. Presentation and Communication:
·Delivering
compelling presentations to clients to showcase the company’s value proposition
and offerings.
·Effectively
communicating the company’s capabilities to prospective clients.
7. Adaptability and Innovation:
·Staying
focused about our technologies and adapt strategies and remain competitive.
·Encouraging
and fostering a culture of innovation within the business development team.
Successful Business Development
Executives possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, strategic
thinking, and a proactive approach to identifying and seizing business
opportunities. They play a critical role in driving revenue growth and
expanding the company’s market presence.
Qualification:
MBA/BBA
– Marketing with Computer Science background.
Hindi
