Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on expertise in industrial automation, specifically in PLC, SCADA,

and HMI systems. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of 4-5 engineers and technicians in delivering complex projects within the domain of water systems and HVAC.  

Responsibilities:

1.   Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance, setting project objectives, and ensuring successful project execution. Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. 2.   PLC, SCADA, and HMI Expertise: Possess a strong knowledge and deep understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) applications. Apply this expertise to design, develop, implement, and troubleshoot automation solutions. 3.   Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to commissioning. Develop project plans, track progress, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule. 4.   Domain Knowledge: Utilize domain-specific knowledge in water systems and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) to design and implement automation solutions tailored to industry-specific requirements. 5.   Scripting and Customization: Possess proficiency in scripting languages to customize and optimize control processes and automate routine tasks in PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems. 6.   Technical Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to automation systems, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient system performance. 7.   Compliance and Safety: Adhere to industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols in all engineering activities to maintain a safe and compliant working environment. 8.   Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, and operation manuals for all automation projects.

9.   Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in automation technology, industry trends, and best practices. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance system performance.
